I try to be a web designer. I'm 42 years of age with two kids who can run rings around me. My wife Jill helps out, probably more than I do actually.
I'm partial to a beer (the eyepatch is a fake).
My background is about 25 years of development in mostly an IT environment. Started with Lotus 123, did a bit of programming in Rexx/SQL, bit of PL/SQL/, loads of domino, XHTML, CSS with some javascript.
This site is my first. I also have my business venture and hopefully you'll find details of my portfolio in there.
The mortgage paying job is for Unisys as part of their global outsourcing division. Its not exciting (anymore) but it pays the bills and for that I'm grateful, I suppose.
